Go PH is a coordination and assistance service. We may arrange or coordinate third-party services such as transfers, tours, reservations, delivery, connectivity and local assistance. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

2. Third-party providers

Third-party services may have their own prices, cancellation rules, safety requirements and terms. Go PH is not the operator of every third-party service.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate travel information, complying with local laws and following instructions from service providers.

4. Emergencies

Go PH assistance is not a substitute for official emergency services, medical care, police, fire or other government emergency response.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The latest version published on this page applies to future use unless otherwise required by law.
