Account security

Keep your login credentials secure and notify Go PH if you suspect unauthorized access.

Abuse and misuse

Go PH may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect customers, staff, providers, systems or legal compliance.

Safety

Requests involving emergencies, medical situations or immediate danger should be directed to appropriate official emergency services. Go PH can assist with coordination where appropriate but cannot replace official responders.
